DRE's Portfolio Exceeds 26.3 Million Square Feet 

VIRGINIA BEACH, VA -Divaris Real Estate, Inc. was appointed exclusive leasing agent and property manager of several properties along the East Coast. The addition of these properties has boosted Divaris' leased and managed portfolio to over 26.3 million square feet of office, industrial and retail space.

"This is an exciting time for us," says Jay Couch, principal of Divaris Property Management Corp. "We are on a growth trend, and we have the technology and staff in place to sustain that growth."

Gerald Divaris, chairman and CEO of Divaris, says that he plans to target company growth in markets where Divaris already has offices, but he won't rule out markets without a Divaris presence. "We would open an office on the site of that property if that's needed," he says. "As long as we can provide quality service to our clients, at a reasonable rate, then we will continue to grow."
