Sheppard
New Senior Associate in DRE-Charlotte
|
|
CHARLOTTE, NORTH CAROLINA: Chris Sheppard has been hired as the new senior sales and
leasing associate for Divaris Real Estate, Inc.’s Charlotte office specializing in the sale and lease of
retail real estate throughout North and South Carolina.
Prior to joining Divaris Sheppard
held the position of retail leasing manager with Hill Partners, Inc.
handling the leasing of several lifestyle center projects. Sheppard was
also a principal broker with Sperry Van Ness/LCR in Charlotte, where his responsibilities included the 1.3 million-square-foot
Village at Sandhill in Columbia, SC.
Sheppard received his
Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the State University of New York
at Cortland. He is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina and South Carolina.

Williams
Named Director in Winston-Salem

Denise L. Williams has been named
the assistant director of development for Divaris Real Estate, Inc.’s
Winston-Salem office. Williams is responsible for
assisting with existing development projects as well as cultivating new
opportunities for Divaris throughout the Carolinas.
Williams previously worked as the
real estate development coordinator for The Fresh Market,
Inc in Greensboro, N.C. Prior to that position, Williams was a legal assistant for both
Smith Moore, LLP and Pinto Coates Kyre &
Brown, PLLC in Greensboro.
Williams received her education from
Guilford Technical Community College and Southwest Virginia Community College. She is a certified system administrator for
Store Lifecycle Management.

McBride
Joins Leasing Staff in DRE-Charlotte
CHARLOTTE, NORTH CAROLINA –

DRE’s Charlotte staff has hired Guy McBride as a sales and
leasing associate. In this position, McBride is responsible for
tenant and landlord representation as well as sales and leasing of
commercial properties in North and South Carolina.
McBride has previously worked as a
broker with Sperry Van Ness in Charlotte and a property manager for the Duvall
Investment Group, Inc.
McBride received his Bachelor's
degree in History from Hampden-Sydney College and his master's in Recreation from Indiana University. He is a member of the International Council
of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of
Realtors (CRCBR).

Joins DRE's Peninsula Office

Divaris Real Estate, Inc.’s Newport News office has added Matthew Traylor as a
leasing and sales associate. In this position, Traylor is responsible
for tenant representation as well as sales and leasing of office and retail
properties throughout the Virginia Peninsula market.
Traylor most recently worked at
Accredited Home Lenders in Columbia, Md., New Century Mortgage Corp. in Reston, Va. and Option One Mortgage Corp. in Sterling, Va.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Virginia.

Flood
Appointed Senior V.P. in DRE-Rockville

Joseph T. Flood has been named
senior vice president of Divaris Real Estate Inc.’s Rockville, Md. office. Flood is responsible for new business development
and corporate tenant representation throughout the greater metropolitan Washington, D.C., Northern
Virginia and Maryland markets.
Bringing more than two decades of
experience to Divaris, Flood has served as senior leasing representative
with Federal Realty Investment Trust in Rockville, where he handled the leasing of the
company’s Northeastern-based shopping center portfolio consisting of
approximately 3.4 million square feet. He has also worked with
Combined Properties in Washington, D.C. as senior leasing representative and Crown American Corp. in Johnstown, Penn. as retail leasing representative.
