Divaris Helps Globally Ranked Company, Starbucks, Continue Growth

DRE targeted over 30 potential submarkets for future Tampa Starbucks locations. Currently, five stores have been opened, six are in the negotiation phase and seven deals are currently being pursued. Targeted sites range from 1,400 -1,800 square feet for end units and 1,600-1,800 square feet for freestanding, drive-thru sites. "In phase I of the expansion, we are searching for regional "in-your-face" locations with extreme visibility," states Stanton Englander, Divaris' representative for Starbucks in Tampa.
