Hampton, Virginia: Gerald Divaris, Chairman/CEO of Divaris Real Estate, Inc., announced the signing of a lease with Ross Stores, Inc. for 30,187 square feet at Coliseum Crossing in Hampton, Virginia. This is Ross’s first store on the Virginia Peninsula.
Coliseum Crossing is located at 2101 Coliseum Drive in the Mercury Central Corridor. Other tenants in the shopping center include Food Lion, Marshall’s and Dress Barn. Ross will occupy the former Phar-Mor space.
