Senator Webb Renews Lease for Home State Office in Town Center of Virginia Beach

Virginia Beach, Virginia:  Gerald S. Divaris, chairman/CEO of Divaris Real Estate Inc. (DRE), announced the renewal of a lease with Senator James Webb for 1,120 square feet of space for a Home State Office in the highly successful Town Center of Virginia Beach, located in the heart of Virginia’s largest city.

The office of Senator James Webb is located at 222 Central Park Avenue in the Armada Hoffler Tower in The Town Center.  Current retail tenants in Block 4 include: California Pizza Kitchen, Coldstone Creamery, Eclectic Design, Irving’s Detailing Salon, Jones Art Gallery, Mens Warehouse, P.F. Chang’s China Bistro, Red Star Tavern, Stanley Adams Stationery, Sumatra Salon & Day Spa, Town Center City Club, Town Center Fitness and Zushi Japanese Bistro.

The lease was negotiated by Mary McGovern, of DRE’s Virginia Beach office, representing the Landlord.  The Town Center of Virginia Beach is leased by Divaris Real Estate Inc. and is managed by Divaris Property Management Corp.  The project is being developed by Armada Hoffler Holding Company.

The Town Center of Virginia Beach is located at the core of the City’s Central Business District at Pembroke.  Spanning over 17 city blocks, The Town Center provides a mix of Class A office, multilevel upscale retail, deluxe residential, the Sandler Center for the Performing Arts and an array of cafes, restaurants and deluxe business hotels.  Other tenants in The Town Center include:  Ann Taylor Loft; Blanc; Bravo! Cucina Italiana; Brooks Brothers; Daily Grind Unwind; Dick’s Sporting Goods; The Funny Bone Comedy Club & Restaurant; Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant; Guadalajara; Hilton Garden Inn; Honey Tree Children’s Boutique; Johnston & Murphy; Keagan’s Irish Pub & Restaurant; McCormick & Schmick’s Seafood Restaurant; Origins; Relax the Back; The Royal Chocolate; Ruth’s Chris Steak House; Sonoma Wine Bar & Bistro; S.T.A.C.; Sunglass Hut and Westin Hotel and Residences.
