New retail and office developement where DRE represented both the Landlord and several Tenant Representative clients including 89,000-sf Kohl's, and junior anchors Ross Dress For Less, Bed Bath & Beyond, PetSmart, ULTA and Best Buy.

Pembroke Mall, Virginia Beach, VA
DRE handles the leasing of the 623,470-square-foot, enclosed regional mall, anchored by Stein Mart, Kohl's, Sears and Regal 8 Cinemas. The mall is located in the city's Central Business District at the most heavily trafficked intersection in the region.

Severna Park Marketplace, Severna Park, MD
A total renovation and re-leasing program resulting in 95 percent occupancy with anchors Kohl's, Giant,Old Navy and Office Depot.

	Peninsula Town Center, Hampton, VA Former regional enclosed Coliseum Mall is leveled, turned inside out and made pedestrian-oriented. DRE is charged with leasing office space.
Armada Hoffler Tower, The Town Center of Virginia Beach, VA 2.0 million-square-foot, mixed-use development on 17 city blocks in Virginia Beach's CBD. Existing Class A office space is 100 percent occupied. Divaris leased space to top national retailers Ruth's Chris Steak House, The Cheesecake Factory, P.F. Chang's, Ann Taylor Loft, Brooks Brothers, Johnston & Murphy, California Pizza Kitchen, McCormick & Schmick's, Origins and Cache'.
	The Edgeworth Building, Richmond, VA DRE represents Forest City in the leasing of Richmond's Tobacco Row District -- one of the largest urban renewal projects in the country. Located at the corner of 21st and Cary Streets, the five-story Edgeworth Building was built in 1920. Nearly half of the building,(67,334 s.f.) was leased by Hirschler Fleisher.

Harbour View East, Suffolk, VA A new mixed-use project, anchored by Super Wal-Mart in Suffolk where DRE brought in tenant representative clients: Kohl's, Bed Bath & Beyond and OfficeMax.

Fort Monroe, Hampton, VA Divaris will provide leasing, management, renovation and/or redevelopment services to the nearly 2 million square feet of existing buildings on the 565-acre, former U.S. Army garrison on the Chesapeake Bay.
