Chang's, Ann Taylor Loft, Brooks Brothers, Johnston & Murphy, California Pizza Kitchen, McCormick & Schmick's, Origins and Cache'. |

The Edgeworth Building,
Richmond, VA
DRE represents Forest City in the leasing of Richmond's Tobacco Row District -- one of the largest urban renewal projects in the country. Located at the corner of 21st and Cary Streets, the five-story Edgeworth Building was built in 1920. Nearly half of the building,(67,334 s.f.) was leased by Hirschler Fleisher.
