With the goal of increasing property values, the Divaris Group's managed property portfolio has maintained occupancy rates well above those of its competition.  At the same time, it typically has achieved above market rental rates, while containing operating expenses below the average for competing developments. A regular interface is maintained with landlords and tenants, thereby maximizing communications between all parties and responding with the sensitivity, efficiency, and promptness that is required. The Divaris Group possesses the necessary skills, expertise, hardware and software capabilities, and in-house resources to convert its clients' properties into profitable assets. This is accomplished through pro-active leasing, sales, redevelopment and effective repositioning and adaptive use strategies. In the final analysis each client's property and needs are treated as if they belong to the Principals of the Divaris Group. 

The Property Management Group is comprised of qualified and seasoned real estate managers. They hold CPM and CPA designations and are experienced in various computer software programs, construction methods, and operations procedures. Divaris Property Management Corp. holds the prestigious AMO designation. Its portfolio is multi-state with properties under management in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, North and South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia and Florida.
