Richmond, Virginia: Gerald S. Divaris, Chairman/CEO of Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the signing of two leases for retail space totaling 8,400 square feet located at the Divaris-leased Stonebridge Shopping Center in Richmond, VA. Brett McNamee and Debbie Wake, out of Divaris Real Estate’s Richmond office, handled both leases on behalf of the Landlord, Stonebridge Realty Holdings, LLC.
Sleepy’s signed a lease for 6,000 square feet of space at Stonebridge Shopping center, which is located at Midlothian Turnpike and Chippenham Parkway. Sleepy’s is the largest mattress retailer in the world, with over 800 locations in the U.S. Qdoba, a Mexican grill that prides itself on preparation and taste, signed a lease for 2,400 square feet within the same center. These retailers join Kroger in a new grocery-anchored redevelopment project. This is Sleepy’s 10th and Qdoba’s 6th location in the greater Richmond area.
