Columbus, Georgia:  Gerald S. Divaris, Chairman/CEO of Divaris Real Estate, Inc., announced the signing of a lease with Stevi B’s Pizza for 5,401 square feet of retail space in the Divaris leased Harmony Place Shopping Center, located at 2301 Airport Thruway, Suite D-5 in Columbus, Georgia.

Stevi B’s family pizza restaurant has four additional locations in Georgia.  Stevi B’s Pizza, which is owned by Stevi B’s Properties, joins Applebee’s, Wolf Camera, Blockbuster Video, Mansour’s, Hobbytown, and Birch and Hatfield in the shopping center.

Phillip Shumny, of DRE’s Atlanta office, represented the Landlord, Wood Harmony Columbus Associates, LLC, in the negotiations.
