(DRE), announced the signing of three lease renewals for office/flex space totaling 7,670 square feet in Belt Trade Center, located at 133 East Belt Boulevard in Richmond. John Madures, senior associate in DRE’s Richmond office, represented the landlord, South Belt Flex, LLC, in all of the renewal negotiations. The property is leased by DRE and managed by Divaris Property Management Corp.
Auto repair shop, Jamacas Automotive, renewed its lease for 3,000 square feet of office/flex space. Additionally, Universal Auto Repair and Unique Auto signed leases renewing 2,335 square feet of office/flex space for each business.
