Newport News, Virginia: Gerald S. Divaris, Chairman/CEO of Divaris Real Estate, Inc., announced the sale of 2.089 acres of land located at 733-135  J. Clyde Morris Boulevard in Newport News, Virginia, to the Tidewater Auto Association of America (AAA).

AAA is a non-profit federation of 93 clubs with over 1,000 offices, providing more than 41 million members throughout the United States and Canada with travel, insurance, financial and auto related services.

Missy Martinovich and Linda Robey of DRE’s Newport News office represented the Landlord, Sarah Forbes in the negotiations.  AAA was represented by Advantis.
