Town Point Club, Inc., Renews Lease for 18,394 Square Feet in Norfolk’s World Trade Center

NORFOLK, VIRGINIA:  Michael B. Divaris, president of Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the renewal of a lease with Town Point Club, Inc. for 18,394 square feet of space in World Trade Center, located at 101 West Main Street in Norfolk, VA.  The lease was handled on behalf of the tenant, by Michael Divaris from the Virginia Beach office of Divaris Real Estate.

Established in 1983, Town Point Club is a private business club comprised of formal and casual dining areas, meeting rooms, business center, bar, lounge and smoking room.  Their membership includes business executives, professionals, entrepreneurs, military officers and administrators of state and local governments.
