Richmond, Virginia: John Wingfield, principal of the Richmond office of Divaris Real Estate Inc. (DRE), announced the signing of a lease with ULTA Salon, Cosmetics & Fragrance for 10,744 square feet of retail space in the Short Pump Station Shopping Center located at 11716 West Broad Street just outside of Short Pump Town Center, off Interstate 64 in the West End of Richmond. ULTA Salon joins Trader Joe’s, PetCo, Longhorn Steakhouse, five Below and Vitamin Shoppe in the Divaris-leased shopping center.
ULTA is the nation’s largest beauty retailer that provides one-stop shopping for prestige, mass and salon products and salon services in the United States. ULTA offers a unique combination of over 21,000 beauty products and a full-service salon in all 283 stores.
ULTA and the landlord, Short Pump Station, LLC, were represented in the lease negotiations by Debbie Wake and Brett Womack, both senior vice presidents in the Richmond office of DRE. ULTA is represented by DRE in its search for new retail locations throughout Hampton Roads, Central and Western Virginia. DRE has negotiated leases for ULTA in Williamsburg, Virginia Beach and Newport News, Virginia.
