in 1974 in South Africa, the Divaris Group maintains offices in

North Carolina; Atlanta, Georgia; Rockville, Maryland; and Boca Raton and
Tampa Florida. Its current portfolio of managed and leased properties consists
of approximately 21 million square feet of prime retail, office and industrial
space stretching from Miami, Florida to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The
majority of Divaris' clients are financial institutions, major property
owning companies, national retailers and multi-state corporate clients.
