Willcox & Savage Renews Office Lease for 9,337 SF at Town Center of Virginia Beach

Virginia Beach, Virginia:  Michael B. Divaris, president of Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the renewal of a lease with Willcox & Savage, PC for 9,337 square feet of office space in the Armada Hoffler Tower, located at 222 Central Park Avenue in The Town Center of Virginia Beach. The office building is leased by DRE and managed by Divaris Property Management Corp. (DPMC).  Other tenants in the building include Williams Mullen, Troutman Sanders and Mass Mutual.

Established in 1895, Willcox Savage is a full-service law firm providing a wide range of legal services to local, regional, national and international clients.  Along with its Virginia Beach location, the firm has one other location, in downtown Norfolk.

The lease was handled on behalf of the landlord, Armada Hoffler Tower 4, LLC, by Michael Divaris, president, Krista Costa, vice president and Vivian Turok, senior vice president, in the Virginia Beach office of Divaris Real Estate.
