Divaris Real Estate Announces $17 Million and 221,727 Square Feet in Completed Transactions for October 2019

VIRGINIA BEACH, VIRGINIA: Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE) announces the completion of 39 transactions totaling $17,196,792 and 221,727 square feet of sold, leased and renewed commercial property throughout Virginia; North Carolina and metropolitan Washington, DC markets in October 2019.

Sales Transactions

  • 4808 Radford Ave., Richmond, Virginia

    4808 Radford Ave., Richmond, Virginia

    Muwamo, LLC purchased two properties at 4808 and 4806 Radford Ave. in Richmond, Va from RCS Property Holdings, LLC for $1,450,000.  The Richmond Office of DRE represented the seller.  The properties consist of a 9,828-square-foot, two-story office building at 4808 Radford Ave. and 0.22 acres of undeveloped land at 4806 Radford Ave.

  • 1702 Belleville, LLC purchased 3,600 square feet of retail space at 1702 Belleville St. in Richmond from Barter Town, LLC for $835,000.  Sara Goodall represented the seller.  Cheryle Toy and Read Goode represented the buyer. 
  • Pacific Group, LLC purchased 7,679 square feet of office space on .45 acres of land at 6147 Jefferson Ave. in Newport News, Va from LIP & Company, LLC for $555,000.  The property includes two freestanding buildings of 6,189 square feet and 1,490 square feet.  Missy Martinovich represented both the buyer and the seller.

  • Herdt Consulting leased 60,262 square feet of industrial space in Airport Industrial Center II at 5909 Thurston Ave. in Virginia Beach.  Krista Costa and Nicole Campbell represented the tenant.
  • 5 Star Beauty leased 18,000 square feet of retail space in Riggs Plaza at 5806 Eastern Ave. in Chillum, Maryland.  Joseph Farina represented the landlord.
  • DaVita leased 10,908 square feet of freestanding retail space in the former Rite Aid at 3110 High St. in Portsmouth, Va.  Levi Thomson represented the landlord.
  • Procter & Gamble Distributing leased 6,678 square feet of office space in the Armada Hoffler Tower at 222 Central Park Ave. in the Town Center of Virginia Beach.  Michael Divaris, Vivian Turok and Krista Costa represented the landlord.
  • Valkyrie leased 6,480 square feet of office space at 2602 Hoover Ave. in National City, California.  Vivian Turok and Mary McGovern represented the tenant.
  • ASAP Tires leased 5,000 square feet of industrial space in the Northern Virginia Industrial Park at 7400-7402 Lockport Place in Lorton, Va.  Amit Grover represented the tenant.
  • Original Mattress Factory leased 3,300 square feet of retail space in Yoder Plaza Shopping Center at 12120 Jefferson Ave. in Newport News.  Erica Rorrer represented the tenant.
