Ali joined Divaris Real Estate, Inc. in early 2015. She is responsible for sales and leasing of both retail and office properties in central and southwestern Virginia, and also West Virginia. She also represents local and national retail tenants in site selections and letter of intent and lease negotiations. Since 2015, Ali has completed transactions totaling over 400,000 square feet.

Ali graduated from the College of Architecture and Urban Studies at Virginia Tech with a degree in Urban Affairs and Planning. She is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), CREW Richmond, and also volunteers on the Better Housing Coalition’s Young Professional Board, and served as their Chair for 2018.

BJ’s Wholesale Club in Roanoke, VA – 102,600 SF built to suit, redevelopment of a former Kmart. Ali represented the landlord.
Waynesboro Town Center in Waynesboro, VA – Handles the leasing of 300,000 square foot power center anchored by Kohl’s and Target.
Foot Locker – Represents Foot Locker in its search for new sites including coming out of their typical mall locations for street stores, and also leasing short term pop-up stores to test new markets. We have completed three transactions in one year and continue to seek new opportunities.
