Denise Wollesen has been with Divaris since 2004 and has over 24 years of experience in commercial property management. She is responsible for all property management activities in the Virginia Peninsula office of Divaris Property Management Corp. The portfolio consists of approximately 500,000 square feet of high-rise, Class A office and retail properties. She prepares commercial estoppels, assignments and termination agreements. Denise also negotiates contracts with vendors on behalf of property owners, prepares and presents annual budgets, and supervises maintenance personnel allocated to office properties.

Prior to joining Divaris, Denise was a property manager with CB Richard Ellis of Virginia in Norfolk where she managed approximately one million square feet of office and retail space, prepared and presented budgets, supervised maintenance personnel and prepared and negotiated contracts with vendors. She has also had experience with Goodman Segar Hogan, Inc., of Norfolk, where she obtained her real estate license and was promoted to property manager.

Denise Wollesen attended Old Dominion University from 1971 to 1973. She is proficient in Yardi, Excel and has worked in MRI. Her strong rapport with tenants and owners has resulted in consistently excellent surveys.
