George Fox helps public and private shopping center investment companies develop and execute specialized leasing and sales strategies proven to increase asset value at the property level. George is recognized by Costar as an annual Power Broker Award recipient for highest retail transaction volume in Hampton Roads each of the last five years (2016-2020).

Fox served as Senior VP and Director of Leasing for a publicly traded REIT and Director of Leasing for a private shopping center investment company, directing retail leasing efforts for a combined portfolio of 133 grocery anchored shopping centers across 13 states totaling over 6 million sf of gla.
