Kristina is responsible for business development and works with senior management to direct the design, planning and implementation of corporate goals and objectives.
Kristina brings over 20 years of experience in the management and operations of office, retail, industrial and multifamily properties. Prior to joining Divaris, Kristina was a Senior Property Manager with Liberty Property Trust, a Pennsylvania based REIT. In her role, she was responsible for the oversight of Property Management operations in multiple markets.
Kristina studied at Old Dominion University where she received her Bachelor of Science in Communications and Management, earning a membership to Lambda Pi Eta: The National Communication Association Honor Society. Kristina has been active in the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), Hampton Roads Association for Commercial Real Estate (HRACRE) and the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) throughout her career.
