Rachel Salasky is an Associate of Office Leasing and Investment Sales for Divaris Real Estate, Inc. She joined the team in 2021, growing her portfolio to over 500,000 square feet of office space for lease in Hampton Roads. In addition to leasing, Rachel works closely with the Investment Sales team of Michael Divaris and Jason Oliver, Rachel advises local, regional, and national investors, users and sellers in the acquisition and disposition of retail, office and industrial properties in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern states. Her other areas of specialization include financial analysis and evaluation of investment grade properties. Rachel handles the analysis of investment properties through ARGUS, as well as the research and marketing of investment sales materials. In addition, she helps to coordinate and assist in the due diligence and closing processes.

Licensed in both Virginia and North Carolina, Rachel previously worked in both the multifamily acquisitions and residential property management sectors. She began her career in real estate as the first employee of a real estate investment start up, acquiring and managing a multifamily portfolio in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Rachel is an active member of HRACRE, which serves the commercial real estate community in Hampton Roads., She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a minor in Business Administration from the College of Saint Rose in Albany, New York and was a four-year member of the women’s volleyball team. Rachel made a Division II NCAA Tournament appearance, as well as won a Bronze Medal in the 2017 Maccabi World Games in Israel representing the USA Women’s Volleyball Team.
