As Regional Property Manager for Divaris Property Management Corp. (DPMC) and General Manager for the World Trade Center in Downtown Norfolk, Tyler’s responsibilities include property administration, tenant relations, building maintenance, financial budgeting and assisting with the overall operational success of the property.
Prior to coming to Divaris, Tyler worked in the Oregon Law Enforcement field for 15 years as a Deputy Sheriff. The effective communication and problem-solving skills, as well as having the capacity for compassion and respect have assisted in the transition into property management.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Ashford University in San Diego, California. He is proficient in budget and Yardi accounting software. Tyler is a BOMA Member working towards an RPA Designation.
