  • CS1031 Opportunity Zone 1 purchased .40 acres of land at 3008 West Clay Street in Richmond from 3008 W. Clay Street LLC for $1,200,000. Read Goode represented the buyer. The buyer recently acquired the adjacent property; it will demolish all structures to construct a five-story apartment building with 5,000 square feet of commercial space.
  • Keene Company, Inc. purchased the 2,123-square-foot former PNC Bank branch at 3707 Norrisville Road in Jarrettsville, Maryland from PNC Bank, National Association for $550,500. Joseph Farina and Amit Grover represented the seller.
