VIRGINIA BEACH, VA (February 6, 2020) — Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE) announces the completion of four transactions totaling 40,503 square feet of new or renewed leases for commercial space throughout Hampton Roads, Virginia.
Lease Transactions
Kool Bins leased 33,472 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Newport Crossing shopping center located at 467 Oriana Road in Newport News, Va. Kristopher Fuller and George Fox represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Other tenants in the Food Lion-anchored Newport Crossing include Dollar Tree, Citi Trends, Riverside Health, Pace Riverside, DaVita Dialysis and Grifols Plasma Center.
Weatherflow leased 1,221 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Fort Monroe Building 217 located at 146 Bernard Road in Fort Monroe, Va. Elizabeth Napolitano represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
Lease Renewals
Nawab Indian Cuisine renewed its lease for 3,200 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Oyster Point Square shopping center located at 11710 Jefferson Ave. in Newport News. George Fox and Kristopher Fuller represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Other tenants in the Food Lion-anchored Oyster Point Square include Family Dollar, Cricket Wireless, The UPS Store, Boost Mobile and BB&T bank.
Konikoff Peridontics renewed its lease for 2,610 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased Harbour Breeze Professional Center located at 1510 Breezeport Way in Suffolk, Va. Krista Costa and Nicole Campbell represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
