Lease Transactions
Bryant Real Estate leased 3,954 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased property located at 1777 London Bridge Road in Virginia Beach. Krista Costa and Nicole Campbell represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
Style Encore leased 3,575 square feet of retail space in Walmart Way Crossing located at 1437 Sam’s Drive in Chesapeake, Va. Erica Rorrer and Nicole Campbell represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.
Velocity Urgent Care leased 3,316 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Lightfoot Marketplace located at 6485 Centerville Road in Williamsburg, Va. George Fox represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Other tenants in the Harris Teeter-anchored Lightfoot Marketplace include CHKD, Pet Valu, Great Clips, Panera, Virginia ABC store and Advance Auto Parts.
Crowder Construction Co leased 2,576 square feet of office space in Convergence Center located at 259 Bendix Road in Virginia Beach. Elizabeth Napolitano and Nicole Campbell represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.
Volkert expanded its lease by 1,731 square feet for a total of 3,186 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Armada Hoffler tower located at 222 Central Park Ave. in the Town Center of Virginia Beach. Michael Divaris, Vivian Turok and Krista Costa represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. The company is moving from the 1,455 square feet of office space it occupied previously in One Columbus Center, at 283 Constitution Drive in the Town Center of Virginia Beach.
Harmony Yoga leased 1,640 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Indian Lakes Crossing located at 5072 Ferrell Parkway in Virginia Beach. George Fox and Kristopher Fuller represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Other tenants in the Harris Teeter-anchored Indian Lakes Crossing include Sunday’s Blue Box, Little Caesar’s and Ciao Bella.
Seafood Kitchen leased 1,500 square feet of retail space in Collins Square located at 4001 Virginia Beach Blvd. in Virginia Beach. Aeri Jai represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.
Lease Renewals
TH Nails renewed its lease for 4,126 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased property located at 1789 London Bridge Road in Virginia Beach. Krista Costa and Nicole Campbell represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
M2 Hair Systems renewed its lease for 840 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Fairfield Shopping Center located at 5242 Fairfield Shopping Center in Virginia Beach. George Fox and Kristopher Fuller represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Other tenants in the Food Lion-anchored Fairfield Shopping Center include: T.J. Maxx, Taylor’s Do It Center, Five Guys Burgers and Fries, Rite Aid, Moe’s Southwest Grill and Papa Johns.
