RICHMOND, VA (January 22, 2020) – Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the completion of two transactions totaling 15,400 square feet of sold and renewed commercial space in Central Virginia.
Sales Transaction
Daniel E. Warren purchased the 14,000-square-foot office/warehouse building located at 3900-3910 Adams Road in Henrico County, Va from Ridgeview, Inc. for $600,000. John Madures represented the buyer in the sale. Warren Services, a refrigeration and ice machine sales and service business, will occupy the building.
Lease Renewal
One Main Financial Group renewed its lease for 1,400 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Waynesboro Town Center located at 821 Town Center Drive in Waynesboro, Va. Brett McNamee, Ali McCrickard and Laikyn Severson represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Other tenants in Waynesboro Town Center include: Ross Dress for Less, Kohl’s, Michael’s, PetSmart, Target, Bed Bath & Beyond, Rack Room Shoes, Bath & Body Works, LOFT and America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses.
