Brandon Howard is an assistant vice president in the Washington, D.C. office of Divaris Real Estate, Inc. Brandon represents tenants and landlords throughout the Greater Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.

Prior to his appointment, Brandon served as a commercial real estate portfolio manager for EagleBank where he managed a loan portfolio with an aggregate balance of over $100 million. He also served as the urban district manager of Bethesda, Maryland, where he managed a $3.4 million contract for marketing, maintenance, and transportation services within the 65 square blocks which make up the Bethesda Urban District.

Brandon holds a Juris Doctorate from Howard University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Policy Analysis from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

He is a member of the National Association for the Education of Young Children and the Maryland State Child Care Association. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Wonders Early Learning + Extended Day. He has served on the Montgomery County Board of Registration for Building Contractors, Montgomery County Workforce Investment Board Planning Committee, Bethesda Urban Partnership Board of Directors, Bethesda Transportation Management District Advisory Committee, and the Greater Bethesda-Chevy Chase Chamber of Commerce.
