Brandon Howard is Senior Vice President in the Washington, D.C. office of Divaris Real Estate, Inc. Brandon represents tenants and landlords in and outside of the Greater Washington, D.C. metropolitan area with a specialization in child care.

Prior to his appointment, Brandon served as a commercial real estate portfolio manager for EagleBank where he managed a loan portfolio with an aggregate balance of over $100 million. He also served as the urban district manager of Bethesda, Maryland, where he managed a multi-million dollar contract for marketing, maintenance, and transportation services within the 65 square blocks which make up the Bethesda Urban District.

Brandon holds a Juris Doctorate from Howard University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Policy Analysis from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Memberships and Associations
Brandon is a member of the National Association for the Education of Young Children, the Association for Early Learning Leaders and the Maryland State Child Care Association. In 2021, he was appointed by Mark Elrich, County Executive for Montgomery County, to the Montgomery County Commission on Child Care where he currently serves as co-vice chair. He hosts an ongoing webinar and seminar series on small business issues with a diverse group of guest speakers covering a range of topics, including commercial space acquisitions, grants, workforce retention and succession planning. Brandon has served on the Montgomery County Board of Registration for Building Contractors, Montgomery County Workforce Investment Board Planning Committee, Bethesda Urban Partnership Board of Directors, Board of Directors for Wonders Early Learning + Extended Day, Bethesda Transportation Management District Advisory Committee, and the Greater Bethesda-Chevy Chase Chamber of Commerce. Brandon is also licensed in Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia.
