Jason advises local, regional and national investors, in the acquisition and disposition of retail, office and industrial properties in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast. His clients have included national REITs, private investors and loan servicers, including Acadia Realty Trust (NYSE: AKR), Adler Group, Armada Hoffler (NYSE: AHH), CCP, GE Capital, Glazer Properties, Klaff Realty, LNR Partners and Schottenstein Property Group.
His other areas of specialization include financial analysis and evaluation of investment grade properties. Jason handles the analysis of investment properties through ARGUS, as well as the research and marketing of investment sales materials. In addition, he helps to coordinate and assist in the due diligence and closing processes.
Jason holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Virginia.

Jason is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Central Business District Association (CBDA), and was a founding member of the CBDA’s young professionals group, the CBDX. Jason was named “Top 40 Under Forty” by Inside Business in 2016.
