(DRE), announced that Branch Properties has selected Divaris to lease Lightfoot Marketplace, a newly developed, Harris Teeter-anchored shopping center in Williamsburg. This makes the total of all properties leased by Divaris Real Estate and managed by Divaris Property Management Corp approximately 31 million square feet in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern United States.
Lightfoot Marketplace is located at 6485 Centerville Road in Williamsburg, Va. The 124,588-square-foot property includes tenants PetValu, Advance Auto Parts, CHKD Pediatric Medical Center, Heartland Dental, Valvoline, Panera, Great Clips and a Virginia ABC store. Branch Properties recently acquired the shopping center. Leasing of Lightfoot Marketplace is handled by George Fox. Fox specializes in leasing grocery-anchored shopping centers for public and private shopping center investment companies.
Lightfoot Marketplace is the only “Class A” grocery-anchored shopping center between Richmond and Williamsburg, serving an oversized trade area of 73,780 people. The Harris Teeter in Lightfoot is a top performing store in the region with year-over-year upward trending annual sales. The shopping center features a diverse national credit tenant mix of restaurants, retailers and health providers. Spaces available for rent range from 1,160 to 9,716 square feet and include an endcap.
