RICHMOND, VA (March 2, 2020) — Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the completion of transactions for sold and leased commercial properties in Central Virginia.

Sales Transaction

Stanley Martin Companies, LLC purchased a 1.165-acre parcel of land located at 1027 North Lombardy St. in Richmond from Sylvia Place Properties, LLC. for $3.9 million.  Read Goode and Cheryle Toy represented the buyer in the transaction.  Stanley Martin also has the adjacent 2.25 acres under contract and has filed a Special Use Permit with the City of Richmond to construct 90 “Two-Over-Two” townhomes on both of the properties, bringing much needed new housing to the Carver neighborhood.

Lease Transaction

Utopia Medi Spa leased 4,070 square feet of Divaris-leased retail space located at 1403 Roseneath Road in Richmond.  Cheryle Toy represented the tenant and Read Goode represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.  This will be Utopia’s first location in the Richmond market.   The owner has owned and operated other medi spas in Richmond and Atlanta.  Wood & Iron will be opening its new restaurant in this building as well.
