As a Property Manager for Divaris Real Estate, Inc., Brian manages a diverse portfolio of properties, overseeing all building operations along with tenant and vendor relations. His responsibilities include the preparation of operating budgets, financial statements, cash flow analyses, projections, payroll, account reconciliations, monthly reporting, and general accounting services for the company and its clients.
Brian has over 9 years of experience in commercial real estate management and operations of office, retail, industrial, and multifamily properties. Prior to joining Divaris, Brian was a Property Manager with The Breeden Company.
Brian studied at the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, VA, where he received a bachelor’s degree in Historic Preservation. He has recently become an IREM member and is working toward his Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation.
