Historic Hospitality Group, operators of Riverwalk Restaurant and Water Street Grille in Yorktown and Waypoint Seafood & Grill in Williamsburg, has leased nearly 6,000 square feet across two locations.
- Ember — a steak, seafood, and sushi restaurant — will occupy 5,342 square feet at 403 W. Duke of Gloucester St., the former Trellis and La Piazza space.
- The Jewish Mother’s Deli — specializing in bagels and classic deli sandwiches — will open in a 596-square-foot space at 407 W. Duke of Gloucester St., formerly home to Blackbird Bakery.
The leases were negotiated on behalf of the landlord’s listing agents for Merchant’s Square,
