Virginia Beach, VA (January 1, 2026) — Divaris Real Estate, Inc. today announced a record year for its Property Management division, after being awarded 50 new assignments in 2025 totaling more than 2.8 million square feet. The additional properties increase Divaris’ managed portfolio to more than 16 million square feet across the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions.

Buligo Capital Industrial Portfolio – Winchester, VA
A multi-building industrial portfolio totaling approximately 364,414 square feet at 200–208 Lenoir Drive in Winchester, Virginia.
300 E Lombard – Baltimore, MD
A 246,921-square-foot office property at 300 East Lombard Street in downtown Baltimore, continuing Divaris’ expansion throughout the Maryland market.
Midtown Row – Williamsburg, VA
A 213,798-square-foot retail center at 1234 Richmond Road serving the Williamsburg community and surrounding trade area.
Harbour Centre – Hampton, VA
A 167,341-square-foot office property at 2 Eaton Street on the Hampton waterfront, showing Divaris’ support of Hampton University’s ongoing downtown initiatives.
Honeygo Village – Perry Hall, MD
A 156,220-square-foot retail center at 5009 Honeygo Center Drive, expanding Divaris’ footprint in Maryland.
Dare Centre – Kill Devil Hills, NC
A 113,466-square-foot retail center at 1720 N. Croatan Highway, marking continued growth in coastal North Carolina.
La Promenade – Virginia Beach, VA
A 65,280-square-foot retail center at 1860 Laskin Road, where Divaris is also responsible for property marketing and event programming.
This growth has also been supported by Divaris’ strategic joint venture partnership with KLNB. This partnership has helped expand the firm’s property management presence across Northern Virginia, Washington, DC, and Maryland, enabling Divaris to scale more efficiently in these markets while maintaining its established service standards and owner-focused approach.
This momentum is also driving internal investment, as Divaris Property Management continues to elevate its people, streamline operations, and leverage cutting-edge technology to support an expanding, geographically diverse portfolio.
