Virginia Beach, VA (January 19, 2026) — Divaris Real Estate announced today that Evertree Insurance has completed a lease renewal and expansion totaling 37,871 square feet at 2929 & 2875 Sabre Street within Sabre Corporate Park, in Virginia Beach’s Lynnhaven submarket. Jason Oliver, Senior Vice President at Divaris Real Estate, represented Evertree Insurance in the transaction.

This deal marks an expansion of Evertree’s existing 17,396-square-foot premises by 20,475 square feet, resulting in a total occupancy of 37,871 square feet across the two buildings.
