As a Property Manager for Divaris Real Estate, Inc., Emily supports the oversight of day-to-day property operations and helps ensure a high level of service across her portfolio. Her responsibilities include tenant and client relations, vendor coordination, building inspections, contract administration, transition management for new properties, and operational support for a diverse range of assets. Emily is also experienced in supporting lease negotiations, property transitions, renovations, and the maintenance of service contracts and utility setups.
With more than 17 years of property management experience, Emily brings a strong background in property administration and operations across a wide variety of property types. Prior to joining Divaris, she served as Assistant Property Manager with Colliers, where she helped oversee a 2.3 million-square-foot tenant-representative portfolio of more than 750 retail, office, warehouse, and medical locations throughout the United States.
Emily earned her Bachelor’s Degree in History from Virginia Commonwealth University, where she graduated cum laude and also completed minors in Russian Language and Religious Studies.
