As a Property Manager for Divaris Real Estate, Inc., Yulia oversees the day-to-day management and performance of a diverse portfolio of office, retail, industrial, and multifamily properties. She is responsible for all aspects of property operations, including preparation and management of operating budgets, financial reporting, cash flow analysis, projections, payroll, account reconciliations, and monthly reporting. Yulia works closely with ownership and tenants to ensure efficient operations, financial performance, and high levels of tenant satisfaction.
Yulia brings over 20 years of experience in property management and operations. Prior to joining Divaris, she served as a Tenant Services Coordinator with Edge Commercial Real Estate beginning in 2019. Before that, she spent 15 years with McShea Management/Avison Young, where she advanced from desk clerk to leasing and ultimately into property management, overseeing multifamily apartments and townhome communities.
Yulia studied at Montgomery College in Maryland, where she earned an Associate’s degree in Business Management and Social Work/Psychology. She is an active member of the IREM West-Central Maryland Chapter and has served on its Board of Directors since 2012.
