As a Property Manager for Divaris Real Estate, Inc., Jay supports the daily operations of commercial properties across his Richmond portfolio. Having over 15 years of experience in the industry, Jay has served as both a Property Manager and Realtor across the Northern and Central Virginia markets. His experience includes budgeting, financial oversight, tenant and client relations, vendor coordination, contract administration, and property inspections, along with managing the services and support needed to keep assets operating smoothly and efficiently.
Prior to joining Divaris, Jay managed a wide range of commercial properties, including office, medical, industrial, and flex space. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Longwood University. He is also bilingual in English and Spanish, which adds to his ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with a broad range of clients and stakeholders.
