As a Property Manager for Divaris Real Estate, Inc., Eva Arthur manages the day-to-day operations of commercial properties across her Virginia Beach portfolio. Her role includes supporting tenant and client relationships, coordinating vendors and property services, overseeing building operations, and helping ensure each asset is maintained and managed effectively.
Eva brings eight years of property management experience to Divaris, having managed properties in Columbus, Ohio, and Virginia Beach. Her background includes Property Manager roles with BECO Asset Management, Gates Hudson, RADCO Residential, Unified Residential Management, and FYVE, as well as earlier Assistant Property Manager roles with Fairfield Residential and The Solomon Organization. Her experience provides a strong foundation in property operations, tenant relations, and day-to-day management.
Eva studied at Northeastern University in Boston, MA, and earned an Associate Degree in Marketing and Management from Tobé -Coburn School for Fashion Careers in New York City. Originally from New York, Eva has lived throughout the U.S. and is fluent in Polish.
