SALES
Supreme Retail Realty LLC purchased a 32,000 square-foot retail investment property located at 11969 Jefferson Avenue in Newport News from Jefferson West 2 LLC for $3.1 million. Jason Oliver represented the buyer.

Roosevelt Investors LLC sold a 1,600 square-foot retail building located at 2336 E. Little Creek Road in Norfolk to JPM Real Estate VA LLC for $500,000. George Fox represented the seller.

Brian Properties LLC purchased a 1,500 square-foot residential space located at 2528 Middle Avenue in Norfolk from Candice Dennard-Francis for $125,000. Missy Martinovich represented the buyer.

 

LEASES
Spirit Halloween Superstores LLC leased 7,359 square feet of retail space in Laurel Glen Shopping Center located at 45315 Alton Lane in California, Md. Rob Gray and Susan McGee represented the landlord.

Shining Star Early Learning Center leased 3,806 square feet of retail space located at 1100 Eastern Avenue NE in Washington, D.C. Rob Gray and Joe Farina represented the landlord.

Virginia Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company leased 1,800 square feet of retail space in White Oak Village located at 1838-1856 Tappahannock Blvd. in Tappahannock. Sara Goodall represented the landlord.

StretchLab leased 1,600 square feet of retail space in Marketplace at Hilltop located at 741 First Colonial Road in Virginia Beach. Sezin Cortinas and Elizabeth Napolitano represented the tenant.

 

LEASE RENEWALS
Antech Systems Inc renewed its lease for 23,581 square feet of office space in Battlefield Technology Center I, located at 510 Independence Parkway in Chesapeake. Brian Devlin represented the landlord.

Tidewater Mortgage renewed its lease for 16,092 square feet of office space in Reflections II, located at 200 Golden Oak Court in Virginia Beach. Brian Devlin represented the landlord.

Twist Martini renewed its lease for 2,442 square feet of retail space in Virginia Beach Town Center located at 4517 Commerce Street in Virginia Beach. Sezin Cortinas and Gerald Divaris represented the landlord.

Sierra Pacific Mortgage Company Inc renewed its lease for 2,213 square feet of office space located at 4164 Virginia Beach Boulevard in Virginia Beach. Elizabeth Paasch represented the landlord.
