Thomas and Dovis Holdings Inc. sold a 5,838 square-foot office building located at 2380 Liberty Way to Liberty Way Investments, LLC in Virginia Beach for $800,000. Krista Costa represented the seller.

Bubble Car Wash purchased a 748 square-foot retail property on .4 acres located at 1003 Fairground Road from AWNC, LLC in Dunn, N.C. for $150,000. Logan Little represented the buyer.
