  • Edinburgh Animal Hospital purchased a 1.17-acre parcel in Edinburgh West Shopping Center at 201 Hillcrest Parkway in Chesapeake, Va from Wal-Mart Stores East, LP for $700,000. Levi Thomson represented the buyer.
  • Richard Levin purchased 8,480 square feet of retail space at 221 East Mellen Street in Hampton, Va from Phoebus Post 48 American Legion for $600,000. Melissa Martinovich represented both the buyer and the seller.
