GBPA LLC sold a 10,300 square-foot medical office building on 1.51 acres located at 2301 General Booth Blvd. to General Booth Owner LLC in Virginia Beach. Michael Divaris, Jason Oliver and Rachel Salasky represented the seller.

The Brand Guild leased 10,600 square feet of office space located at 1052 Thomas Jefferson St. NW in Washington, D.C. Robert Gray represented the landlord.
