Blue Point Investment Group, LLC sold 1.8 acres of land located at Harbourview Blvd. to Virginia Harbour View Holdings, LLC in Suffolk for $1.5 million. Levi Thomson represented the seller.

DTRE, LLC sold a 8,400 square foot retail building on 1.6 acres located at 8823 W. Pine St. to Teramore Development, LLC in Lowgap, NC for $750,000. Charles Neil represented the seller.
