B&S Real Estate, LLC purchased a 4,900 square foot office building located at 3408 W. Leigh St. from Sisbro Associates, L.L.C. in Richmond for $1 million. Read Goode and Chris Messersmith represented the buyer.

The Davey Tree Expert Company leased 5,000 square feet of industrial space, along with more than 30,000 square feet of yard space, at 2380 Research Court in Woodbridge, VA. Kathy Killion represented the landlord.

Solidcore leased 3,267 square feet of retail space in The Virginia Beach Town Center located at 4541 Main St. in Virginia Beach. Sezin Cortinas represented the landlord.
