Keller Holdings LLC purchased 3.46 acres of land located at 361 Bell King Road in Newport News from Madison Company of Newport News LLC for $485,000. Missy Martinovich represented the buyer.
NAHIL LLC sold 4,230 square feet of office space located at 314 Exchange Ave. in Petersburg to Tabitha Campbell Thompson Agency Inc for $470,000. Brett Mcnamee represented the seller.
