The 48,650-square-foot center is tenanted by national retailers Starbucks, AT&T, Pure Barre, Massage Luxe, Great Clips and others. Leasing of Courthouse Commons is handled by George Fox and Kristopher Fuller.
Courthouse Commons caters to the highest household incomes and fastest growing population in the Hampton Roads region. The center is situated in the most desirable intersection in Williamsburg and is easily accessible to the College of William & Mary, the surrounding strong daytime office population and seasonal tourist attractions. Vacancies range from 1, 011 to 1,789 square feet of retail space.
Suffolk West Plaza is a 58,121-square-foot neighborhood center located at 837 West Constance Road in Suffolk, Va. Tenants of Suffolk Plaza West include necessity and service-based retailers Family Dollar, Virginia ABC, Rent A Center, Metro PCS, Pizza Hut and Hardee’s. The shopping center provides convenient access to US 58 and Route 460, ample parking and attractive curb appeal and co-tenancy.
