SALES
Seahawk Consulting LLC sold a 2,469 square-foot office unit in Lynnway Park Condo Building 4 located at 800 Seahawk Circle in Virginia Beach to Community Property Restoration for $315,000. Rachel Salasky represented the seller.

LEASES
Madina Halal LLC leased 4,484 square feet of retail space in Ashdale Plaza Shopping Center located at 2900-2980 Dale Blvd. in Woodbridge. Robert Gray and Susan McGee represented the landlord.

Surcheros leased 2,473 square feet of retail space in Beaufort Station located at Robert Smalls Parkway and Parris Island Gateway in Beaufort, S.C. Zach Means and Diana Teitsma represented the landlord.

Starbucks leased 2,604 square feet of retail space in Jackson Downs Shopping Center located at 3175 Lebanon Pike in Nashville, Tenn. Gerald Divaris represented the landlord.

Wells Fargo Bank leased 1,510 square feet of retail space in Jackson Downs Shopping Center located at 3177 Lebanon Pike in Nashville, Tenn. Gerald Divaris represented the landlord and Lindsay Bangel represented the tenant.
Caliber Home Loans subleased 1,500 square feet of office space located at 111 Tradewynd Drive in Lynchburg. Loretta Cataldi and Daniel Wickham represented the landlord.

Reach Orthotic & Prosthetic Services leased 1,380 square feet of office space in Poplar Hill Professional Center located at 4037 Taylor Road in Chesapeake. Elizabeth Napolitano and Nicole Campbell represented the landlord.

Milan Laser Hair Removal leased 1,335 square feet of retail space in Swift Creek Plaza located at 13433 Hull St. in Midlothian. Sezin Cortinas represented the tenant.

Seven Star Acupuncture & Wellness leased 771 square feet of office space in Pembroke Office Park located at 291 Independence Blvd. in Virginia Beach. Nicole Campbell and Elizabeth Paasch represented the landlord.

RENEWALS
AGVIQ LLC renewed its lease for 6,801 square feet of office space in Reflections I located at 2809 S. Lynnhaven Road in Virginia Beach. Brian Devlin represented the landlord.

Men’s Warehouse renewed its lease for 6,302 square feet of retail space in Town Center located at 4545 Virginia Beach Blvd. in Virginia Beach. Gerald Divaris and Sezin Cortinas represented the landlord.

Medical & Surgical Eye Specialists Inc. renewed its lease for 4,711 square feet of office space in Interstate Corporate Center located at 6315 North Center Drive in Norfolk. Elizabeth Paasch represented the tenant.

Virginia Symphony Orchestra renewed its lease for 4,546 square feet of office space in Town Point Center located at 150 Boush St. in Norfolk. Elizabeth Paasch represented the landlord.
