Hampton, VA (October 6, 2025) — Divaris Real Estate has been awarded the leasing and property management assignment for Harbour Centre, a 13-story, Class-A office tower at 2 Eaton Street in downtown Hampton. The engagement expands Divaris’ presence while supporting Hampton University’s ongoing downtown initiatives.
Harbour Centre, located in the heart of downtown Hampton, offers waterfront views, an attached parking garage, a range of office suites, and convenient access to I-64, regional employers, and nearby civic and cultural destinations. Divaris will oversee leasing and property management as the University invests in refurbishing and modernizing the building, enhancing both its functionality and appeal for tenants. The University has created multiple workforce and entrepreneurial suites, including the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship and the Center for Culinary Arts and Business Networking, and will continue activating the building for community programming.
