Sales Transaction
Justin Bush purchased the 2,410 square-foot office building located at 1207 Laskin Road in Virginia Beach from Double Nickel Properties, LLC for $1,000,000. George Fox represented the buyer in the transaction.
Justin Bush purchased a 10,000-square-foot, multitenant, industrial warehouse building located at 2400 Colley Ave. in Norfolk from Fortune Bay Investments, LLC for $820,000. George Fox represented the buyer in the transaction.

T-Mobile leased 2,500 square feet of retail space located at 7115 George Washington Memorial Highway in Gloucester, Va. Erica Rorrer represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.
LAP Group leased 2,374 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Armada Hoffler Tower located at 222 Central Park Ave. in the Town Center of Virginia Beach. Jason Oliver and Levi Thompson represented the tenant while Krista Costa, Michael Divaris and Vivian Turok represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
Tobacco & Vape leased 1,628 square feet of retail space in Indian Lakes Crossing located at 5072 Ferrell Parkway in Virginia Beach. George Fox represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.
America’s Best Wings leased 1,593 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Haygood Shopping Center located at 1021 Independence Blvd. in Virginia Beach. The Harris Teeter and Marshall’s-anchored community center is home to national retailers including Chick Fil A, Marshall’s, Rite Aid, and Dollar Tree.
Tobacco Land & Vape leased 1,200 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Chesapeake Commons located at 4107 Portsmouth Blvd. in Chesapeake. Kris Fuller and Levi Thompson represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Tenants in Chesapeake Commons include Best Buy, Ross Dress for Less, Aldi, Old Navy, Party City and many others.
Pride Industries leased 1,027 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased Independence Medical Center located at 813 Independence Blvd. in Virginia Beach. Nicole Campbell and Krista Costa represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
Lease Renewals
Sushi King renewed its lease for 15,150 square feet of retail space in Divaris-leased and -managed East Beach Marketplace located at 4027 East Little Creek Road in Norfolk. George Fox represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Other tenants in the Food Lion-anchored East Beach Marketplace include Planet Fitness, Family Dollar, Bon Secours, Domino’s, Verizon, Papa John’s, Jimmy John’s, Tropical Smoothie and CVS Pharmacy.
Antech Systems renewed its lease for 5,028 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Lake Center 1 located at 501 Independence Parkway in Chesapeake. Brian Devlin represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
Congresswoman Elaine Luria renewed a lease for 2,750 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased and -managed One Columbus Center located at 283 Constitution Drive in the Town Center of Virginia Beach. Tidewater Mortgage renewed its lease for 2,653 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Reflections II located at 200 Golden Oak Court in Virginia Beach. Brian Devlin represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
Winston’s Cafe renewed its lease for 1,631 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Crossways Shopping Center located at 1412 Greenbrier Parkway in Chesapeake.
