VIRGINIA BEACH, VA (September 15, 2020) — Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE) announces the completion of seven transactions totaling 34,509 square feet of new leased or renewed commercial transactions throughout Hampton Roads, Virginia.

Lease Transactions

Obrien, LLC leased 2,625 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Lynnhaven Square located at 2077-2085 Lynnhaven Parkway in Virginia Beach.  George Fox and Kris Fuller represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.  Lynnhaven Square is home to popular retailers including Subway, Cold Stone Creamery, Hair Cuttery, UPS Store, and Virginia ABC.

Dream Vapor leased 1,400 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Las Gaviotas Shopping Center located at 1245 Cedar Road in Chesapeake, Va.  Caroline Zarpas and George Fox represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.  The Food Lion-anchored Las Gaviotas is also the site of Fitness 19, State Farm, Domino’s Pizza, Enterprise Rent-A-Car and Albano Cleaners.

Stop Inc. renewed its lease for 11,252 square feet and expanded its lease by 4,049 square feet of Divaris-leased office space located at 5700 Thurston Ave. in Virginia Beach.  Krista Costa and Nicole Campbell represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

Virginia Business Systems renewed its lease for 8,230 square feet of office space in Battlefield Lakes Technology Center III located at 521 Byron Street in Chesapeake Krista Costa and Nicole Campbell represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.

Pho Nguyen renewed its lease for 3,004 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Salem Crossing Shopping Center located at 2029 South Lynnhaven Parkway in Virginia Beach.  Kris Fuller and Levi Thomson represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Other tenants in the Walmart Super Center-anchored Salem Crossing include Fit Body Boot Camp, GameStop, Kroger Training Center, McDonald’s, Chick-Fil-A, Taco Bell, Starbucks, Sally Beauty, Sky Zone and Zero’s Subs.

Atmospheric and Environmental Research renewed its lease for 2,949 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Olympia Place located at 22 Enterprise Parkway in Hampton, Va.  Brian Devlin represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

Albano Cleaners renewed its lease for 1,000 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Victory Crossing located at 4000 Victory Blvd. in Portsmouth, Va.  George Fox represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.  Farm Fresh-anchored Victory Crossing includes Metro PCS, Rent-A-Center, The UPS Store and Zeros Subs.
